the Tree room was basically a tent with canvas windows, how quaint! Absolutely loved the charming bugs that joined me, too bad my toilet leaked like a faucet. I expected a complimentary upgrade or some sort of fancy gesture for these inconveniences, but I guess that’s too much to ask here. Just couldn’t do it, definitely not a boutique experience.

The jungle atmosphere provided a unique and immersive experience, complemented by homemade Mexican breakfasts that were among the best I've tasted. Hector's thoughtful hospitality truly stood out, making each moment feel special. However, the remote location proved challenging, making accessibility difficult, and the noise from nearby trucks disrupted the tranquility. The room could also benefit from more functional windows for better ventilation and comfort during the night.

Enchanting, Enchanting, Enchanting
I was mesmerized by the architecture of the Superior Queen Room, nestled right in nature! Listening to the sounds of the jungle as I drifted off to sleep was a surreal experience. And can we talk about the homemade Mexican breakfasts? They were so delicious, I could have devoured them every day!

missingWrote a review on Apr 18unique designvisual elementpoor insulation
The property has a nostalgic vibe with its tree room design, offering a unique experience amidst nature. There’s a quirky glass section to showcase tree trunks in the room, adding an interesting visual element.
The rooms lack proper windows, merely using mosquito netting and see-through plastic shields which means chilly nights in winter. Hot water availability is sporadic at best, with many experiencing lukewarm showers. The highway nearby creates noticeable noise, disrupting any hopes for tranquility, and the lack of amenities like a spa or reliable WiFi in rooms is also disappointing. The promised features such as bike rentals and the walking route turned out to be either non-functional or unfinished, leaving us feeling misled. Privacy is another issue, as the layout allows neighboring lodges to overlook each other quite easily.
